We only send promotional emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages to customers who have opted in via the marketing consent checkbox at booking, or by messaging us directly on WhatsApp. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of WhatsApp promotions at any time by replying "STOP" or asking us directly. Opting out of marketing never affects transactional messages (booking confirmations, service updates, payment receipts) — those are necessary to deliver the service you've requested.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including restricting who can access our booking systems. Our services are intended for adults booking services for their home or vehicle. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
