By confirming this booking, I authorize Washing Bees and its authorized staff to visit the address provided and perform the selected service as requested. I confirm that the information provided by me is accurate and that the vehicle, items, premises, equipment, or other materials requiring service will be accessible at the scheduled time.

I understand that Washing Bees will provide the service based on the selected service type and the condition of the item, vehicle, premises, or materials at the time of service. I acknowledge that Washing Bees and its staff are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, stains, scratches, dents, wear, deterioration, or other conditions that existed prior to the service.

I understand that certain stains, dirt, damage, odors, or other conditions may not be completely removable or repairable through the selected service.
